Silk District Office

Silk District Office is in proximity to the city centre of Iasi, one of Romania’s largest cities. The construction of the A-grade office building (23,300m2 GLA) was completed in December 2023 and received outstanding BREEAM certification, the only office building with this certification in Iasi and one of few in Romania. Levi9, a prominent IT company in CEE, was the first occupant with handover in February 2024. In October 2024, space was handed over to Coca Cola HBC Romania, which has established its regional headquarters in the building. Other tenants include Ipsos, Oracle, and Stay Fit, with additional leases expected to be signed in the upcoming months.
