Silk District Office is in proximity to the city centre of Iasi, one of Romania’s largest cities. The construction of the A-grade office building (23,300m2 GLA) was completed in December 2023 and received outstanding BREEAM certification, the only office building with this certification in Iasi and one of few in Romania. Levi9, a prominent IT company in CEE, was the first occupant with handover in February 2024.
