Silk District Office

Iasi, Romania

Silk District Office is located in proximity to Iasi’s city centre, one of Romania’s largest cities. The construction of the A-grade office building (23,300m2 GLA) was completed in December 2023 and was granted outstanding BREEAM certification, the only office building with this certification in Iasi and one of few in Romania. The first occupant of the office building is Levi9, a prominent IT company in CEE, which had its handover in February 2024. Coca Cola HBC Romania established its regional headquarter in Silk District Office, which had the handover in October 2024. In addition handovers to Stay Fit Gym, Ipsos and other occupants are expected to take place in the upcoming months.
