The large 10ha mixed-use, urban regeneration project combines several functions with shared infrastructure, amenities, and services increasing overall efficiency and desirability. The development aims to be a 24/7 neighborhood located in proximity to Iasi’s city centre,
one of Romania’s largest cities, and includes several residential phases aimed at the mid-market segment. Residential phases comprising high-quality buildings employing a clean design philosophy is further integrated into the larger ’work, live and play’ environment. All residential buildings benefit from integrated parking structures, in line with the overall aim of
developing car-free communities.

Phases I & II – completed
Construction works for the first residential phase were completed (315 units), with 312 units handed over to clients by 30 June 2025. The reception of the second residential phase (346 units) was completed in July 2024, with 340 units handed over to clients by 30 June 2025.
Phase III – in progress
Construction works have started in July 2024. By 30 June 2025, 236 units of the 380 units under development were already contracted.
