Baia Mare Value Centre has good accessibility, with a variety of public transport hubs in close proximity, and is located on the E58 European road, the main connection between Baia Mare and Romania’s Transylvania region. The centre is part of the city’s, and region’s, main commercial attractions, having a catchment of approximately 283,000 residents within a 60-minute drive. The property was developed in DJV (opened December 2018), and was acquired by MAS on 28 February 2019. An extension was developed in DJV and became operational on 27 September 2022.
